Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transparency and fairness in digital course enrollments and payments.

1. Overview

At AdiShunya, we value our learners and strive to deliver a smooth, transparent, and fair experience. Since we offer digital learning content and online courses that are accessible immediately upon payment, our cancellation and refund rules differ from those for physical goods.

2. Course Cancellations

  • Once a learner completes payment and the course is activated in their account, cancellation is not permitted as the content becomes immediately accessible.
  • If you made a payment for the wrong course, please email our team within 24 hours of purchase, and we will assist in resolving it.
  • AdiShunya reserves the right to cancel or suspend any enrollment in case of misuse, fraud, or policy violation. In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined individually.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • No refunds are provided once course access has been granted, as our services are digitally delivered instantly after successful payment.
  • Refunds will only be considered in the following special cases:
    • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
    • Payment processed but course not activated within 24 hours (and not due to user error).
    • Verified transaction failures from Razorpay after deduction.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@adishunya.com with:

  • Your full name and registered email ID
  • Payment reference or Razorpay Transaction ID
  • Course name and purchase date
  • Reason for requesting refund

Our finance team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed courses or certificates already issued.
  • Failure to access content due to user device issues, poor connectivity, or browser settings.
  • Requests raised after 7 days of purchase for any reason.
  • Courses purchased under offers, bundles, or promotional pricing.
