Enrollment & Payment

4. How do I enroll in a course?

Visit our course catalog, choose your desired course, and click “Enroll.” You’ll be redirected to the payment page.

5. How do I pay for a course?

All payments are securely handled through Razorpay. After clicking “Enroll,” select Pay via Razorpay and complete the transaction using your preferred payment method — debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking.

Once your payment is successful, your course enrollment will be automatically activated on AdiShunya.

6. I completed payment, but I don’t see my course.

After successful payment, you will be redirected to the course page. If you close the window before redirection, simply log in again at adishunya.com/my — your course will appear under My Courses.

7. Can I access AdiShunya on the Moodle App?

Yes! Download the official Moodle App from Google Play or App Store.

Open the app and enter our site URL: https://adishunya.com
Login with your registered email and password (or Google login)
Once logged in, you’ll see your enrolled courses inside the app

If you make a new payment in your browser, simply return to the Moodle app — your course will automatically appear!

Course Access & Certification

8. How long do I have access to the course?

You’ll have full access to your course materials for the entire duration mentioned on the course page, including downloadable resources, assignments, and quizzes.

9. Do I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes! Once you complete all lessons and quizzes, a digital certificate of completion will be issued directly on your dashboard, recognized by institutions and employers.

10. Can I learn at my own pace?

Absolutely. AdiShunya offers self-paced learning so you can study anytime, anywhere, on any device — without time restrictions.

11. What if I forget my password?

Go to the password reset page, enter your email address, and follow the link sent to your inbox to reset it instantly.

12. I’m facing a payment issue. What should I do?

If your payment was deducted but the course isn’t showing, please contact us immediately at support@adishunya.com with your Razorpay Transaction ID. Our team will verify and activate your course within 24 hours.
