1. Introduction

At AdiShunya, we specialize in providing digital learning courses and e-content through our online platform https://adishunya.com. Since we do not sell or ship any physical goods, this Shipping Policy outlines how our digital courses, learning materials, and certificates are delivered electronically.

2. Digital Delivery Process

  • All courses and e-learning materials are delivered digitally through your AdiShunya dashboard.
  • After successful payment via Razorpay, your selected course will be automatically activated in your account.
  • You can access your course immediately by logging in at adishunya.com/my.
  • No physical items are shipped or couriered under any circumstances.

3. Access & Login

Once payment is confirmed, learners receive immediate access to their course through the AdiShunya portal. You may log in using your registered email ID or Google credentials.

Learners can also access courses via the official Moodle Mobile App by entering our site URL: https://adishunya.com. Simply log in with your credentials to view your enrolled courses.

4. Delivery Timeline

Digital course access is typically granted instantly after successful payment. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 minutes due to payment gateway verification or server synchronization. If you face any delay beyond this timeframe, please contact us at support@adishunya.com.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your Razorpay transaction fails but the amount is deducted, please do not worry. Contact us immediately with your payment reference or transaction ID at support@adishunya.com. Once verified, your enrollment will be activated manually within 24 hours.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Since our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, no physical shipment or return is involved. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We process refunds only in case of duplicate payments or verified technical errors during transaction.
